Intro Session (Free – Typically virtual)

This no-cost introductory session is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss learning goals, and identify any academic concerns. We’ll talk about your learning style, areas for improvement, and what success looks like for you. Together, we’ll decide if we’re a great fit! My goal is for every student to leave this session feeling energized, confident, and excited to share what they’ve already learned. Future bookings can be discussed and scheduled at the end of this meeting.

For new clients, I offer a special discount of $25 for the first hour of tutoring. After the first hour, my standard rate of $30 per hour applies. You can choose between virtual or in-person sessions. Please note that I do not provide house calls, but we can discuss convenient locations such as libraries or other neutral spaces.

When booking, we’ll tailor the session length to fit your needs. Sessions can focus on studying, review, relearning, or one-on-one teaching, depending on your learning style and goals. The content and structure of our sessions will be established during our free introductory session to ensure they are customized to suit your specific learning needs.

For students who book two [or more] sessions per week, the hourly rate will be $25 per hour (instead of the usual $30 per hour). This discount helps you build consistency, reinforce learning, and make steady progress towards mastering your subjects. Regular sessions create better retention, boost confidence, and ensure lasting academic success.

As an education enthusiast, I’m passionate about helping as many students as I can. Word of mouth is a powerful tool that allows me to reach more study buddies, and I want to reward you for helping me achieve this goal. That’s why I offer a $10 discount (at a rate of $20/hr) for clients who refer a friend .
